The airports in Stavropol and Mineralnye Vody have increased security
after the blast at Domodedovo airport in Moscow on January 24, Yuga.ru
cites the Stavropolye TV company as saying.
The head of the aviation security service of the airport in Mineralnye
Vody, Alexander Kling, said they had they introduced the fifth, the
highest, security level. This includes additional checking of the
airport terminal, police and security services working in robust
security regime. The airport usually works on the third and fourth
security levels.
He clarified that additional measures were initiated by the
law-enforcing structures, RIA Novosti reports.
