The Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy has organized a tender for
preparation of technical-economic basis for the Independent Regulation
Agency for energy, the ministry said on Tuesday, Trend reports.
The tender is part of the energy reforms.
Participation in the tender costs 200 manats. It requires presentation
of documents, excluding tender proposals and bank guaranties, until
March 7, 2011, 17.00. The proposals and guaranties need to be
presented until March 16, 2011.
