Russia represent 20,8% in foreign trade of Armenia

20.8% of the total foreign trade turnover of Armenia in 2010 was with
Russia, the National Statistical Service of the Republic informed on
Tuesday, News Armenia reports.

According to statistics, this figure is the highest of Armenia's trade
partners. All in all the CIS countries represent 28% of Armenia's
foreign trade, while the EU countries make up 32%. By the end of 2010
the trade turnover between Armenia and Russia had increased by 10.6%
compared with 2009 and amounted to $995.1 million. The volume of
exports from Armenia to Russia in 2010 amounted to about $160.8
million (15,9% of total Armenian exports).

Overall trade turnover in Armenia in 2010 increased by 18.9% compared
with 2009 and amounted to approximately $4,794 million.
