A blast happened at a telecommunication facility in Masali on Monday,
and 3 people were injured, Trend cites the deputy prosecutor of Masali
District Vagif Bayramov as saying.
More people may still be under the rubble.
Rescuers from the southern regional department of the Emergencies
Ministry are at the scene.
