The federal center is ready to support the efforts of livestock breeders in Adygea and subsidize the livestock sector by 33 million rubles, Yuga.ru reports.
At the last meeting in Astrakhan, devoted to the development of livestock production and the efficiency of the spring agricultural work in the Southern Federal District (SFD), First Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov expressed appreciaton of the general state of agriculture in Adygea. It was noted that Adygea is among the subjects of the SFD that managed to maintain the number of cattle by the end of 2010. Zubkov also gave corresponding instructions to work further on the question of Rosselkhozbank loans for the construction of a second pig farm in the Teuchezh district of the republic, the press service of the Adygea administration informs.
