Georgia to place 25% share of North-South gas pipeline at Royal Exchange

Georgia will place a 25% share of the North-South gas pipeline at the
Royal Exchange, Kursiv reports.


Energy Minister Alexander Khetaguri said that there are no plans for
sales of the control stock.


Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Kazakhstan are interested in the
North-South gas pipeline.


Azerbaijan offered $500 million for the gas pipeline in 2005, Gazprom
- $250 million.
