Georgian foreign debt keeps increasing

The Georgian foreign state debt reached $4,004,460,000, according to
January 31, 2011.


The debt was equal to $3,936,882,000 in late 2010. It increased by $67,578,000.
The debt was equal to $3,428,068,000 on January 31, 2010. The Finances
Ministry says that Georgia owes $2,911,680,000 to multilateral
creditors and $589,556,000 to bilateral creditors.


Loans based on state guarantees are worth $3,515,000, the European
bond loan is worth $500,000, according to January 31, 2011.
