Gazprom to receive half of Eni share in Libyan project

Italian energy company Eni and Gazprom will sign tomorrow an agreement under which Russian holding company will receive half of Eni shares in the oil and gas field development project in Libya's Elephant,  told the assistant to Russian President Sergei Prikhodko, RIA Novosti reports.

According to Prikhodko, the document will be signed in Rome during the visit of President Dmitry Medvedev in Italy by Gazprom head Alexei Miller and Eni head Paolo Scaroni.
