Cement terminal to be built in Supse

Heidelbergcement will open a cement terminal in the Georgian port of
Supse in April. The terminal will supply construction sites in the
Black Sea area, Business Georgia reports.

The building of the cement terminal is due to the mass construction of
infrastructure projects in the area, causing higher demand for cement.
A cement factory producing 400,000 tons will be built.

Heidelbergcement has invested 350 million lari in Georgia since 2006.
