The Russian Deputy Agriculture Minister, Shamil Vakhitov, has held a video conference with Stavropol farmers, YuGA.ru reports, with reference to the "Stavropol" TV company.
The issues discussed included financial support for the sheep industry, processing of wool, the availability of credits, particularly for construction of family milk farms and participation in the federal program for land reclamation, developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
This program provides grants from the federal budget modernization program for construction of farm irrigation systems.
