The office did not clarify the number of additional buses.
The minibus drivers say they will continue the strike until Monday. They are protesting against daily fees which will be introduced in March.
The Tbilisi mayor’s office announced a tender for minibus companies. Tbilline, Capital Group, Public Car and Tbilcar were the winners of the tender. The supposed daily fee is 20-40 lari.
