The Russian Agriculture Bank has defined the limitations in the list of agriculture products that can be put under recognizance when taking loans. The decision was made to expand the opportunities of Russian farmers at spring field activities. Farmers may now put any agriculture products under recognizance, RIA Dagestan cites the press-service of the Dagestani Ministry of Agriculture.
The demand for other property to be put under recognizance was lifted. However, obligatory insurance of the pledge remains.
The maximum loan size is 100% of the pledge price, the former indicator was 60%.
The bank initiatives are due to the high expenses of farmers during the drought of 2010.
