Oil prices hit new records

An air-strike threat near Libya’s oil terminal in Brega affected the world prices for oil on March 2, Reuters reports.


The futures price for Brent oil at the ICE exchange rose by $0.93, reaching $116.35 per barrel. The New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) registered the price for Light oil increase by $2.60, reaching $102.23 per barrel.
