Custom duties for Russian oil may rise by $59-61 and reach $424-426 per ton. The current rate is $365. The current price for East Siberian and North Caspian oil may change from $150.4 to $191-192.5, RIA Novosti reports.
The average price for Urals oil on February 15 – March 9, 2011, is $107.81 per barrel. The price may reach $108.14-108.59 if the price stays at $110-113 per barrel in the last three days, expert of the Russian Finances Ministry Alexander Sakovich said.
The current price for Urals oil is above the average annual price in 2011 ($75 per barrel). Oil prices are rising due to disorders in the Middle East.
The customs fee for light oil products may reach $284-285 from $244.6 per ton, black – to $198-199 from $170.4.
The prices were calculated according to methods approved in late December 2010.
