Experts to prepare proposal for enhanced cooperation in Caspian basin

This decision was made Tuesday at a conference in Astrakhan, "The Caspian Sea - territory development: in search of new forms of the Caspian Sea Cooperation” which was attended by representatives of international organizations, think tanks, diplomatic missions and the countries of the Caspian Sea, RIA Novosti reports.

The need for greater and closer cooperation among regional participants is aimed at substantiating the growing risk of instability in Central Asia and Southern Caucasus.
