Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin during his visit to Slovenia said that Russia does not see any threat to the South Stream gas pipeline project from Turkey. Vladimir Putin also noted that in the near future the Russian side will provide Turkey with the requested additional documentation on the project, RIA Novosti reports.
During this visit Gazprom and Slovenian company Geoplin Plinovodi signed an agreement on the joint venture for the construction of gas pipeline South Stream on the territory of Slovenia.A document was signed by the head of the Russian gas holding Gazprom and the Slovenian company, Alexei Miller, and Marian Eberlints.
