Tbilisi will host the 9th Georgian International Oil, Gas, Energy and Infrastructure Conference (GIOGIE-2011) on March 29-30, News Georgia reports.
The conference will hold talks on development of global energy until 2020, Georgian energy projects, energy security strategy, use of the Southern Corridor and transport corridors, ITE-Group Plc Said.
The event has become a traditional annual international forum, inviting over 150 delegates from 15 states. GIOGIE will see high-ranking officials from the USA, UK, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
