The president of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, held a meeting with the republic’s prime minister, Alexei Vorobiyev, ministers and agency heads on the implementation of federal program for the socio-economic development of the region until 2016, Yuga.ru reports.
"We must build those social facilities that meet all the demands of the present time," Yevkurov said. According to Interfax, the head of Ingushetia paid attention to the fact that the construction of preschool institutions should be included into the federal program in 2010.
During the meeting, the republic’s construction ministry was charged with submitting design estimates on laying water pipes in the village Sagopshi. Each agency, through which social facilities will be constructed in 2010, was asked to submit to the government a complete package of documents.
The federal program on the "socio-economic development of the republic of Ingushetia in 2010-2016" was adopted on December 22, 2009. Its main aim is to stabilize the socio-economic situation in the region and to create the conditions for further stable economic growth. In total, it is planned to allocate more than 40 billion rubles for the implementation of the federal program.
