This year, Azerbaijan plans to increase the volume of defense industry on the basis of state orders by 4.7%, 1news.az reports referring to the Defense Industry Ministry of Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, Defense Industry Minister Javer Jamalov noted that the defense production had grown 11 times as compared to the same period in 2010, thanks to agreements concluded with the security forces of Azerbaijan.
