The International Civil Aviation Association has strongly criticized the intention of Armenia to use an airport built in occupied Azeri territory in rhe town of Khankedi.
The official statement says that before the occupation the airport belonged to Azerbaijan and it still belongs to it. No state has the right to use this airport without the permission of Azerbaijan, it says
