Georgian government to introduce practice of independent business audits

In order to resolve the problems existing between the private sector and the Revenue Service, the government of Georgia plans to outsource the audit, Prime Minister Nika Gilauri said, Business-Georgia reports.

At a meeting with businessmen, Nika Gilauri said that a company may approach a licensed firm. An audit can only be carried out by companies licensed by the Revenue Service.
