Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri met with Italian businessmen during his visit to Italy, and briefed them on the investment environment in Georgia, Trend reports.
The purpose of the meeting was to inform representatives of Italian business circles about the investment conditions offered by Georgia, Gilauri told reporters after the meeting.
Today, Gilauri, together with the delegation and the Georgian Ambassador to Italy, met with the the chairman of the Italian Parliament and will later meet with the Deputy Prime Minister of Italy. On April 19 Nika Gilauri will meet with Minister of Economy of Italy.
