Companies whose activities require underground utilities, will be able to privatize them. According to the adviser to the head of privatization department of Tbilisi City Council David Churguliya, until now, if the company required the underground cable, it could only have it as a user. According to the legal amendments, the company is given the right to privatize their own underground utilities with all the related rights.
