The Businesswomen's Council of the United Arab Emirates is interested in expanding trade-economic partnership with Armenia, chairwoman of the council Sheikha Hind Al Kasimi said at a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan, News Armenia reports.
Tourism, information technologies and agriculture were mentioned as spheres of cooperation. Exports of food and agriculture products, water and jewelry were named as good prospects.
Sargsyan underlined development of partnership in these spheres, including establishment of free economic zones for realization of innovative programs. The prime minister believes that mutually beneficial cooperation can be organized with the Armenian Ministry of Economy, the Agency for Development and the Armenian embassy in the UAE.
