Georgian opposition demands increase in pensions

The opposition party Free Georgia has introduced a bill proposing increasing pensions to $100 per month.

During the 2008 presidential elections, Mikhail Saakashvili promised the Georgian people that in 2009 pensions would be increased to $100 per month, but he still has not fulfilled his promises, Georgia Online reports.
