A passenger bus has hit pilgrims heading to the Imamzade Ahmed not far from Poldokhtar, 12 people died and 14 were injured, Trend reports.
The Poldokhtar chief of police, Ali Nijat Kerimi, said that the problem was caused by problems with the bus’s braking system. The bus was heading from Kirmanshah.
The injured were taken to the Imam Khomeini hospital and Andimeshk city hospital in Khuzestan. They are in satisfactory condition.
