The Azerbaijani delegation headed by the Minister of Finance, and a member of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Samir Sharifov participated in the 44th annual meeting of the Governing Board of the bank, which discussed the prospects for enhanced cooperation between the ADB and Azerbaijan, Trend reports quoting the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, ADB President Haruhiko Kuroda expressed his satisfaction with the current level of cooperation between the ADB and Azerbaijan.
According to him, the bank is ready to contribute to the diversification of the economy.
