The Turkish company ATAC INSAAT VE SANAYI A. S. has expressed interest in the construction of two new hydro-electric power stations on the river Magana and two on the river Bahvistskali in Georgia, Business Georgia reports.
According to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Georgia, the company has made a bid for the construction, ownership and operation of the hydro-electric power station on May 4.
The ministry noted that the deadline for the tender on the construction of power stations is June 3, 2011.
