The Conrad-Cubic Tower Hotel will be built by Adog Georgia. The sum of investments for the project has not been clarified, Georgia Online reports.
The Ministry of Economy and Finances of Adzharia said that the hotel will be built by July 2014. It will have 100 rooms and a casino. The company will open at least 100 workplaces six months after the opening of the hotel.
Adog Georgia received land equal to 440.95 square meters on Gogebashvili Street and a land spot attached to it for 1 lari.
