Turkey is increasing the number of jobs and decreasing unemployment, the Turkish Statistics Committee has announced in its labor figures, TRT reports.
600,000 people have been employed this year. Unemployment dropped by 11.5%, to 2.964 million. A major flow of labor was registered in February.
Other positive news for Turkey concerns the budget. It had a surplus of 1.1 billion in April. Surplus has been registered for the first time in 23 years.
The deficit dropped by 80% and reached 3.1 billion liras.
