Shareholders of the South Stream AG, a corporation established in order to organize the construction of the pipeline, are going to elaborate and release the investment plan by the beginning of 2012, RIA Novosti cites chief executive officer of the project Marcel Kramer as saying.
Kramer also said that French company EDF may join the project, which was launched by Russia's Gazprom and Italy's Eni.
