The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) plans to
continue purchasing petrol stations in Romania, SOCAR head Rovnag
Abdullayev said, Trend reports.
SOCAR has already purchased 14 petrol stations in Romania and will
purchase more. The company also plans rebranding.
SOCAR plans to launch 7 petrol stations in Romania under its own brand
and has started rebranding at the other 7 stations.
The stations are located in the north-east of Romania, near the Moldovan border.
SOCAR plans to open a total of 300 petrol stations under its own
brand. It has petrol stations in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine.
