SOCAR to build new oil-producing plant in Turkey

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan is going to build a new oil-producing plant in Turkey, Trend cites Kenan Yavuz, a member of
the directors board of SOCAR-Turkas company as telling a press conference in Baku today.

Construction of the plant will start in September of 2011. Almost $5 billion will be invested in the construction.
