Iran is building a new border terminal and a control post at
Bilyasuvar, the Iranian Consul to Azerbaijan, Behruz Zare Mirzai,
said, IRNA reports.
The consul said that the new structure will occupy 8 hectares. The
passenger hall will be ready this year. The control post will be built
in July.
The control post at Bilyasuvar is significant for the Nakhchivan
Autonomy and Iranians and Azerbaijanis living on the border zone. The
passing of freight carriers and cars needs simplifying.
