According to amendments to the law 'On Legalization of Property', by January 1st, 2012, legalization of property of certain sorts will be implemented on the basis of new principles. For example, legalization of agricultural plots situated in Tbilisi, if the documents on them were drafted before January 1st, 2007, in contravention of the law, will be simplified, Business Georgia reports.
Legalization will cost 15 laris per square meter. The registration period is 14 working days.
