APM Terminals concludes purchase of Poti Port

RAKIA and APM Terminals are concluding a deal on the purchase of the
Port of Poti on the Black Sea coast of Georgia, Trend reports.


APM Terminals is the main shareholder of the port and plans its
further development as a gate to the South Caucasus and Central Asia.


APM Terminals has offices in 61 ports and terminals in 33 states with
16 projects for development and expansion. It also has 132 internal
network services in 48 states.


The company has 24,000 professionals operating in 63 states. Joseph
Krauli heads the company.
