Turkey to approve construction of "South Stream" in November

In November 2010 Turkey will give official permission for the
construction of the 'South Stream' pipeline in its economic area,
reports RIA Novosti, citing Russian Vice-premier Igor Sechin.
Turkey supports the project, but corresponding documents will only be
ready in late autumn, said Turkish Premier Erdogan
