Ukraine has approved the law on ratification of the deal between the
Ukrainian Cabinet and the government of Georgia on air space. The
document was developed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure,

freighting of the two states. Each side has the right to increase the
number of air companies for regular freighting between Ukraine and
Georgia.
It also provides new conditions for permission to exploit air lines
and make or cancel flights.
Ukraine and Georgia will be able to implement a mechanism of
inspecting air companies to make sure they fulfill standards of the
International Civil Aviation Organization, to switch from tariff
setting to monitoring of tariffs and limitation of air authorities'
involvement in price setting.
