Ukraine does not have pans to merge Naftogaz Ukrainy with Russia's
Gazprom, Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych said, RIA Novosti
reports.
Kiev has been striving for a reconsideration of prices for Russian gas
in a long-term deal. Gazprom says that reconsideration of prices is
only possible if Naftogaz and Gazprom merge.
