The flight data recorder of the Azerbaijani Il-76 aircraft that
crashed in Afghanistan has been found, ANS cites Ilham Amirov,
President of AZAL and chairman of the commission for investigation
into the accident, as saying.
The commission is studying the causes of the crash. It has recently
held talks with the local government and the coalition. A member of
the commission, Tapdyg Imanov, said that the talks were fruitless.
The Azerbaijani Il-76 4K-AZ 55 belonging to Silk Way Airlines crashed
near Bagram on July 6 at 01:10. Nine crew members died.
