Airzena - Georgian Airlines opened a Batumi-Odessa-Batumi air service
yesterday, Business Georgia reports.
The Georgian Consul General to Odessa, Zurab Kvachadze, said that the
new air service will connect the Adzharian Autonomy and the Odessa
region. Tourism is expected to increase. Formerly, access to Batumi
was available through Istanbul or other cities.
Planes used for the new link will carry 55-60 passengers.
Flights will be carried out on Tuesdays. Departure from Batumi will be
at 10:10, arrival in Odessa at 11:40, departure from Odessa at 12:40,
arrival in Batumi at 14:10. Bombardier Aerospace planes will carry out
the flights.
