The World Tourism Organization (WTO) will help Georgia in the development of tourism, told director of the National Agency for Tourism Maya Sidamonidze Georgian reporters in Madrid after meeting with the WTO president. The meeting was held in Madrid at the headquarters of the World Tourism Organization, Trend reports.
Sidamonidze said, the participants of the meeting agreed upon a format for future cooperation, and discussed the issues of technical assistance of Georgia. The WTO president noted that Georgia is an important partner of the organization in the region.
