Customs service of Bulgaria blocked license on fuel storage of LUKoil oil refinery in Burgasa, which is the major in the Balkans oil refinery. Now it cannot produce and trade fuel, Interfax reports.
The license was withdrawn as LUKoil hasn’t equipped the fuel record device, which is necessary for determination of excise.
