Iran threatens India to stop oil exports

Iran has threatened to stop all oil exports to India unless it pays off the debt for oil contracts, ITAR-TASS reports.


India still owes $5 billion to Iran. International sanctions against Iran complicated service of Indian banks.
Tehran reduced oil exports to India by 90,000 barrels. An Iranian high-ranking delegation is on its way to India to negotiate the debt.
