The governor of Krasnodar region, Alexander Tkachev has stated that the bridge across the Kerch Strait will be accomplished by the beginning of the Olympic games in Sochi in 2014, Yuga.ru reports.
Tkachev added that Russia and Ukraine had finally reached an agreement on the construction of this bridge.
