On the official visit to Armenia, President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski has signed an agreement with Armenia, under which the Polish company manufacturing securities proclaims the winner of a tender for printing the Armenian passports, Armenia Today reports.
The introduction of biometric passports in Armenia is scheduled for the beginning of September 2011. However, recently Head of the passport and visa control of the Armenian police Norayr Muradkhanyan told the radio station "Azatutyun", that the process will be delayed for a year.
