Mineralnye Vody airport to be North Caucasus tourist hub

The international airport of Mineralnye Vody will be the central traffic hub of the North Caucasus tourist juncture. It will be modernized within the framework of the Resorts of the North Caucasus project, Yuga.ru reports.

During the reconstruction of the airport a multifunctional airdrome complex will be built. Necessary air navigation service of the airport will be established, communication and telecommunication services will be provided in the airport.

Moreover, traffic of Russian and international airplanes will be organized using additional airports, situated in Krasnodar, Vladikavkaz, Maikop and Makhachkala. These airports will be reconstructed as well.
