3.8 trillion rubles invested in the North Caucasus Federal District by the federal authorities will be spent on the region's development and not only on resorts, ITAR-TASS reports.
"The region's development programme and and the resort-building project are not one and the same thing. The information, according to which trillions of rubles will be spent on regional resorts, is false," deputy CEO of the North Caucasus Resorts public corporation Rostislav Murzagulov said today.
