Fire at Iranian oil pipeline extinguished

A fire at an Iranian oil pipeline has been put out, Trend reports.


The fire started near the Shush-Daniel city of the Huzistan Province
at a pipeline belonging to the National Iranian Oil Company, caused by
a blast. The fire spread 300 meters wide, reaching a height of 40
meters. It started at 01:30.


The pipeline transports oil from Gelendar in Lorestan Province to the
Karun refinery in Akhvaz. The pipeline transports 75 cm of oil, the
cap is 3,000-4,000 barrels daily.


Preliminary information says that there are no victims or injuries.
A blast occured at a gas pipeline transporting oil from Iran to
Turkey. It was organized by PJAK terrorists.
