Moscow Energy officers said they had not cut off the electricity in the Georgian section of interests at the Swiss embassy in Russia, RIA Novosti reports.
Consular Services of Georgia at the Swiss Embassy has earlier stopped work, referring to the Russian side which had allegedly turned off the electricity.
